Our Ambition

Eczema is a condition which can affect people in all age groups. However, eczema is more prevalent with younger people. It is not only discomforting (itch) but also a cosmetic issue (which may have social and mental health impacts).

Celfex is a subsidiary of MHG Management GmbH focused on dermatology. We have licensed intellectual property which we are now developing to address atopic dermatitis indication.

Our first drug in clinical development is called CELFEX. With CELLFEX we are working to deliver a topical lotions which would provide an effective, safe and cost effective treatment for children and adults with atopic dermatitis (eczema).

CELFEX lotion mechanism is a combination effect of both soothing & prevention. CELFEX lotion is planned to provide fast itch-relief and also longer-term flare-up prevention. The application of the lotion is intended to be a pleasant experience when applied to the sensitive part of their skin.  

This first product represents our passion to improve the quality of life for children and adults.
